In this episode, we explore the complicated orchestra that makes up the microbes in our body. There are millions of microbes of all kinds that keep us healthy, both inside our body and on our skin. Eating well helps them to help us.
Is it possible that one of the countless problems with fast food is that it’s the same ol’ gray meat and that our brains are bored with it? And if so, could that be a partial explanation as to why we need more and more of it to be satisfied? That’s food for thought in this week’s episode.
